Samir Qasimi

Samir Qasimi (Arabic: سمير قسيمي) (born 1974) is an Algerian writer.[1] He was born in Algiers in 1974. A lawyer by training, he is an editor by profession. He is the author of two novels, Loss Permit and A Great Day to Die. The latter was longlisted for the Arabic Booker Prize in 2010.
